Who will personally guide us through the planning?

I am Lucia Lazzaro, founder of Wedding Harmony, and I personally guide you through the planning of your wedding.

You work with me: I listen, advise you, develop the concept with you and take on the creative and organisational lead. My team supports me in the preparation and on the day.

In this way, Wedding Harmony combines the personal closeness of a boutique with the structure and experience that a demanding wedding project requires.

What does full wedding planning include?

Full planning starts with your very first ideas and accompanies you all the way to your wedding day.

Among other things, it includes finding the right venue, developing the overall concept and design, budget planning, selecting and coordinating suppliers, and preparing detailed timings and schedules.

On the wedding day or during your wedding weekend, many individual tasks come together. I take on the organisational lead and, together with my team, coordinate everyone involved, so that you have time for yourselves and your guests.

Do you plan weddings all over Italy?

Yes. Italy is my speciality, and I plan weddings throughout the country.

Over the past years, I have had the privilege of working at more than 60 different venues across Italy. This experience helps me to think beyond the well-known regions and to find, together with you, a place that suits your vision.

Whether a historic villa, a characterful wine estate or a venue by the sea: what matters to me is that the place supports the atmosphere you would like for your celebration.

Alongside my weddings in Italy, I also plan selected weddings in Switzerland.

How do you structure your fee and invoicing?

Every wedding comes with different wishes, requirements and a different amount of planning. That is why I charge for my services individually rather than as a flat rate.

At the start of our collaboration, we discuss which services you would like and on what basis they will be charged. It is important to me that you understand how my fee is made up and that we create a transparent basis for working together from the outset.

We also look at the budget for your wedding individually. Together we talk about your ideas and priorities, so that we can make well-founded decisions for your celebration.

How early should we start planning?

The earlier we start, the more options we usually have when choosing the venue, the date and the suppliers. This applies especially to popular wedding months and celebrations over several days.

But even if your preferred date is getting closer, a conversation is worthwhile. We have already planned and successfully delivered very elaborate and organisationally demanding weddings within six months.

Together we look at what is possible for your preferred date and how your ideas can be realised in the time available.

Can we plan our wedding in Italy if we live abroad?

Yes. All of my couples so far have lived outside Italy and planned their wedding from a distance. I therefore know the questions and challenges that planning across borders brings.

I guide you through the individual decisions, keep the planning together and take care of communication and coordination with the suppliers on site. Thanks to my Italian and my experience with local ways of working, I can discuss your wishes with the suppliers and agree the individual steps with them.

Personal visits and appointments can be planned wherever they make sense for you and your wedding project.

Do you help us choose the venue and the suppliers?

Yes. Choosing the venue and the suppliers who will help shape your wedding is one of the most important decisions in the planning.

I help you find a venue that suits your ideas, your number of guests and the experience you would like. I also recommend suppliers whose experience, way of working and creative style suit your project.

It is important to me to bring together a team in which everyone can contribute their strengths. With clear communication and careful coordination, I lay the foundation for everyone involved to work well together.

What happens if the weather or other circumstances change our plans?

Good planning also considers what cannot be fully foreseen. That is why we discuss possible alternatives early on and take them into account in the preparations.

Should a situation change, I keep the overview, coordinate with everyone involved and look for a suitable solution. My experience helps me make decisions calmly and with foresight, so that you can concentrate on what matters that weekend.

Will you be there in person on the wedding weekend?

Yes. I personally oversee your wedding on site and, together with my team, coordinate everyone involved and the schedule.

From the preparations to the individual moments of your celebration, we keep an eye on how everything fits together. For this, we prepare detailed schedules and running orders in advance that give everyone involved clarity.

Which events we accompany during your wedding weekend is something we discuss and agree as part of the planning.

Do you also plan wedding weekends over several days?

Yes. A wedding weekend offers the chance to spend more time with your favourite people and to combine different experiences.

Perhaps your celebration begins with a relaxed welcome dinner, followed by the wedding day and a shared farewell. How many events take place and how they are designed is something we develop to suit you, your guests and the location.

I make sure that the individual elements come together as one cohesive experience while each keeps its own character.

Do we need to have a venue or a date before we contact you?

No. You are very welcome to get in touch while your ideas are still at the very beginning.

Perhaps you already know in which region you would like to marry. Or perhaps, at first, you only have a feeling for how your wedding should feel. Both are a good starting point.

Together we talk about your wishes and possibilities and find out which next steps make sense for you.

How much time do we need to invest in the planning ourselves?

Your wedding should reflect your personality. That is why your thoughts, wishes and decisions are an important part of planning together.

My role is to guide you through this process, prepare options and support you with my experience when making decisions. I take on the organisational lead and keep track of the many details and everyone involved.

This creates space for what matters most to me: that you can consciously enjoy the anticipation and the time together.

In which languages can we work with you?

I work with you in German, Italian or English. This allows me to communicate personally with international couples and with the suppliers involved in Italy.

What happens after our first enquiry?

In your enquiry, tell me a little about yourselves and your ideas. If you already have a time frame, a destination or an approximate number of guests in mind, I am happy to receive this information.

We then get to know each other personally and talk about what you would like and how I can accompany you. For me, this first conversation is also an opportunity to find out whether we are a good fit, because trust and a good personal connection are the foundation of our work together.
